Welp, the jig is up folks... For 10 years, I've kept this lil' recipe a secret. Friends would ask me "What are in these?" and I'd just smile and change the subject super fast :)
BUT IT'S TIME to share it!
I'm not really a big cake lover, but cookies are my JAM! I love making them for Rowyn's weekly lunchbox #SweetTreat . These cookies aren't heavy at all, which I love! They're light and I make them small so they just pop in your mouth!
The best part is - THEY ARE SO EASY! I'm making Chocolate Chip but you can literally make whatever version you can think of!

Ingredients:
1 Box Cake Mix
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup of Oil (I prefer unsalted butter, melted down it's a little over a stick)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

Mix it all up so the batter is well blended.

I like to make cookies on the smaller side, so I use a spoon to scoop 12 even balls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10-12 mins @350 degrees

Can you tell which ones I made - and which ones Rowyn made? Ha! He has more of a "drop em like a bomb" method and I always make balls so the sizes are even! Either way you make them they're SO GOOD!
The other fun thing about these cookies, there are as many combos as there are cake mixes! So get creative and post your pics, I'm excited to see them!
Happy Baking
